• Played Lacrosse and Football at Dean College

• Voted All American and inducted into the Dean College Hall of Fame

• 1999-2005 Coached at Centennial High School

• 2005-2008 Defensive Coordinator at Marriotts Ridge helping them earn their first regional championship an final four state appearance

• 2008-2011 DC at Centennial high school helping them return to the State Championship in is first year

• 2011-2012 Head coach at Howard County Community College leading them to a number 6 and 7 ranking nationally at the end oftheir respective sesons

• 2x US Lacrosse Coach of the Year
